If a
customer has a pick ‘n pay, let them know for $4.99 they can add the whole
bundle
If
a customer has the MRC fee, take note of this and see if you can put them on
a package that waives the fee
The
following are the most common opportunities for upgrades
Bronze w/1 bundle = $35.98
Upgrade to silver w/3 bundles = $40.99
Difference in price = $5.01
Upgrade to Digital Favorites = $44.99
Difference in price = $9.0
Silver w/3 bundles = $40.99
Upgrade to Digital Favorites = $44.99
Difference in price = $4.00
Silver w/3 bundles and 1 extra bundle = $45.98
Upgrade to Digital Favorites = $44.99
Difference in price = -$0.99
Gold+ w/7 bundles and MRC fee = $71.98
Upgrade to Platinum + = $72.99 (No MRC Fee)
Difference in Price = $1.01
If the customer is on
a higher package (Gold +, Plat+ etc..) and wants to add a bundle, usually it
is in their favor to upgrade to the next package as in most cases it’s
approximately the same price. Keep your eyes open for these types of
opportunities.
