This new services page, available at http://start.shaw.ca, provides you access to all the resources necessary to manage your Shaw account and cruise around the web. We've collected links to the best search engines to help you find what you're looking for as well as links to content rich sites for games, news, kid stuff, entertainment and more. The new Shaw High-Speed Internet start page is your springboard to all the Internet has to offer.

The start page is divided into several sections including:

• Member Services - Your one-click access to create and/or manage your Shaw High-Speed Internet services.
• Web Mail - Log in here to access your @shaw.ca email accounts from any web-enabled computer anywhere in the world
• Online Help - Quick links to several Shaw online services such as online help and a list of local contacts

Where has my customized home page gone?

Content pages (also called "portals") are a burgeoning industry and whether you're into finance, news, sports, or whatever, you have a ton of choices out there as to what type of content your Internet browser opens to. Our new "Start" page contains easy to access links to many of the most popular portals. If you'd prefer to make one of these portals your new homepage, you're encouraged to do so.
Note: Be sure to bookmark the start page as this is where you'll need to go to manage your Shaw accounts.

Where did my stock portfolio go on this new start page?

On our new start page we have given you links to some of the best/most popular stock sites available where you will be able to create comprehensive stock portfolios for yourself if you wish.

Shaw's new start page doesn't look as extensive as the Excite home page.

Shaw's new start page has been designed to provide you with a road map from which to explore the Information Superhighway. There is a growing number of resources available to you on the web and with Shaw, they're just a click or two away.

I want to be able to check my email while I'm away. Can I do that?

Shaw's new start page includes a Web Mail Login that will allow you to send and receive email to any of your @shaw.ca email accounts from any web-enabled computer. Simply visit the start page at http://start.shaw.ca and provide your email account username and password

I want to know how to change my browser's home page. Where can I find instructions?

While the new Shaw start page makes a great starting point for your Internet cruising and is where you need to go to manage your email accounts, you can set your browser's home page to any web address you like.
