Shaw's Email Quickstep is designed to offer you an easy 2-step process to convert any currently active @home.com email address to @shaw.ca.

Note: An active @home.com email account is required to use Email Quickstep.

Also note that @home.com email addresses that start with a number (eg:007bond@home.com) cannot be converted to @shaw.ca email addresses. Click here to create a new @shaw.ca email address.

Note: You can access the Email Quickstep page by simply typing the word go into your browser's Address field.

• Provide the username (what appears before @home.com) of the @home.com email account you wish to convert to an @shaw.ca email address
• Provide either your cable modem's serial number or your Shaw account number for security
• Type in and confirm a password for your new @shaw.ca email address
• Select Submit

• A confirmation window will appear verifying that your new @shaw.ca email address has been created
• Note the Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) servernames
• Links to email configuration instructions are available at the bottom of the window
