Once you have created your new @shaw.ca email account, you'll need
to configure your email program.
Note:
You can configure your email program to allow you to access both
your existing @home.com email address and your new @shaw.ca email
address. To do this, select the Create a new account option below.
Chances are you'll already have your existing @home.com email account
configured into your email program, so you have two options:
1. Create a new account
2. Modify your existing email account information

Modify Your Existing Email Account Information
If you no longer wish to use your @home email account, you can
modify your existing @home email account settings. Open your email
program's configuration window and change the following settings:
- Username: change your username to what appears before
@shaw.ca
in your new email address
- Password: change your password to what you specified
when you created your @shaw.ca email account
- Incoming (POP3) mail server: change to shawmail
- Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: change to shawmail
Note:
Some routers/firewalls require the full mail server names. For a
